About Us

The Whittier City Employees’ Association (WCEA) is your employee organization and labor representative. We represent all classified, permanent, non-sworn employees of the City of Whittier.

WCEA works to protect your job, represent employees before the public, and negotiate on your behalf regarding salary, benefits, and working conditions. We also strive to maintain positive and productive communication with City management and leadership.

WCEA is your only legal labor representative.

The services provided by WCEA, including our office and professional staff, are funded entirely through member dues. As a result, WCEA depends on the active support and membership of Whittier employees.
