The Whittier City Employee Association (WCEA) was formed on June 26th, 1943 with one goal in mind, to provide quality representation for the City of Whittier's employees. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for it's over 250 employees. The protection of job rights, to constantly improve working conditions and to promote harmony and a cooperative spirit between the City and the Employees.
